Our diverse leadership team, which includes members of the senior management team and board of directors, reflects the diversity of the Sixth Federal Reserve District—in terms both of the varied industries within the economy and of the demographic makeup of the population.
At the Atlanta Fed, we are committed to building an inclusive workforce. That goal is reflected in our recruiting and internship programs. Our commitment to diversity doesn't stop with demographic factors—we strive to create an environment in which our differences are appreciated and recognized as a competitive asset.
We strive to maintain a diverse pool of qualified suppliers, including women- and minority-owned businesses, by providing equal and practical opportunities for companies to compete to supply the Atlanta Fed with goods and services. Learn more about working with the Fed.
A well-informed population is critical to the Fed's ability to fulfill its mandate. Our financial and economic education programs reach a broad audience, including teachers, bankers, community development professionals, and others.
