Visiting the museum
There is no charge for admission. All visits to the museum are self-guided. Photos and video recordings are not permitted, and mobile devices must remain secured in your possession while you are in the museum. Weapons of any kind are not permitted inside the Bank. Handicap access is available. The Bank does not offer a gift shop or lunch facility.

The operation of the museum is subject to change based on security considerations and the national threat level issued by the Homeland Security Advisory System.

To ensure the safety of our visitors and staff, all scheduled visits are subject to immediate cancellation should conditions warrant such an action.

Groups of 10 or more must schedule visits a minimum of one week in advance. We can accommodate groups on Tuesdays and Thursdays. To schedule a visit, please call 504-593-5857 or 877-638-7003 and leave a message clearly stating your name, the number of people in your group, the date and time you would like to visit, and your phone number. One of our museum coordinators will call you back as soon as possible to confirm your request or offer alternative dates and times.
