Personal Financial Education

Community Partnerships

The goals of the Sixth District's community outreach program are to develop public awareness of the importance of personal finance and to promote public understanding of economic education.

To work towards this goal, the Community Relations and Community Affairs sections of Atlanta Fed help set up money-skills workshops, partner with local schools and nonprofits that serve diverse audiences, work with financial institutions and community organizations to build or enhance personal finance programs, and advocate for consumer-interests legislation.
