Jump$tart Statewide Meeting

Sponsored by the Birmingham Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta

Friday, April 9, 2010
9 a.m.–2:30 p.m. (CT)

Location: The Birmingham Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta

This event brings together members and friends of the Alabama Jump$tart Coalition. We begin with a presentation discussing the changes in credit card legislation. Morning breakout sessions will offer a choice of presentations including student loans and foreclosures. An Atlanta Fed economist will discuss current financial conditions during the lunch presentation. We plan to offer a panel discussion that will focus on the needs of community, business, and education. We will provide free, classroom-tested teaching materials that can be used by educators or volunteers to further financial education.

A complimentary lunch and free materials will be provided. Space is limited.
