Understanding the Fed: Discussion with the Fed Chairman and Classroom Lessons

The Nashville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta is committed to providing quality learning opportunities for educators. This unique program will feature a videoconference (available only from the Federal Reserve) with Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke, who will be addressing educators across the nation. Following the videoconference, educators will participate in active-learning lessons about the Federal Reserve. The workshop is presented in partnership with the Middle Tennessee State University Center for Economic Education.

Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided, and each attendee will receive free educational materials. There is no charge for this program, but registration is required. Registration will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis as space is limited.
