Location: Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, 1000 Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA 30309
The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta invites you to a new one-day workshop for Daisy and Brownie troop leaders. Participants will learn about free resources and activities from the Federal Reserve connected to the requirements for the Money Counts petal and the Money Manager badge. The workshop will include a tour of the Federal Reserve's Monetary Museum, which offers free guided and unguided tours for the public. Leaders who participate in the tour will hear specific ideas for engaging their troops on museum tours during school breaks or as a summer activity.
The workshop is provided at no cost to troop leaders, but space is limited so registration is required. We will provide morning pastries and lunch at no cost. Troop leaders are responsible for their own travel expenses.Registration deadline: Friday, April 4, 2014
