On July 15, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta hosted the first of four public hearings conducted by the Federal Reserve Board on potential changes to Regulation C, which implements the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act. Subsequent hearings will take place at the San Francisco Fed, the Chicago Fed, and the Board of Governors in Washington, D.C.
