Participate in Call-in Session on Innovative Rust Belt Cities
How are older industrialized cities working to attract investors and new residents? Four Federal Reserve Banks have started a dialogue among leaders of Rust Belt cities. The Banks organized a series of face-to-face meetings and videoconferences to connect community leaders in Baltimore, Cleveland, Detroit, and Philadelphia. This Connecting Communities™ session focuses on the roles anchor institutions and cultural and arts organizations have played and can play in these cities. Fed representatives and other speakers will discuss the topic.
Join community development practitioners from across the country at 3:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, December 10 for the call-in session.
Register for this interactive session at the Connecting Communities™ website. Participation is free, but preregistration is required.
This event is part of the Federal Reserve's Connecting Communities™ series, which is a national initiative intended to provide community development practitioners, financial institution representatives, policymakers, and others with timely information on emerging and important community and economic development topics.
