For the eighth consecutive month, the D6 Factor increased, moving it closer to positive territory.
- From April to May, the D6 Factor inched up 0.2 index points to –1.5, a level last seen in April 2008.
- Compared with a year earlier, the May index was up 3.6 index points.
- The D6 Factor has jumped almost 4 index points from its record low set in August 2009.
