The underlying pace of the recovery remains tepid in the Sixth District.
- The D6 factor was largely unchanged in May from its level in March. On a year-over-year basis, it increased by 0.13 point. It seems the underlying momentum of the recovery in the Sixth District has slowed compared to the latter part of 2011.
