| I’m an existing subscriber and am having problems with the first-time log-in that I received in the mail. What should I do to access my record? |
|
| If you’re unsure about the assigned log-in that lets you access your subscription record, please contact
us for assistance by e-mailing us at AtlantaFed@frbatlanta.org or calling 404-498-8020. We’ll need to know
your assigned log-in, the information from your mailing address label, and your e-mail address or
phone number. |

| How do I set up subscription service to begin receiving a subscription from the Atlanta Fed? |
|
| The Atlanta Fed Web site offers the WebScriber service for
individuals to manage their own subscription service. To start subscriptions
for either e-mail notification service or print publications, you need to
log in as a “First-Time User.” |
| |
| |
| How do I remove my information in order to discontinue my subscriptions? |
|
| After logging in, click the “Delete Profile”
button under the “Personal Profile” category. By clicking this
button, your personal subscription information (including name, e-mail and/or
mailing address, and subscription selections) will be permanently removed
from the system. |
| |
| |
| Can I request copies of the Dollars and Cents or Federal Reserve Structure & Functions brochures through this Web site? |
|
| To request up to 30 free copies of either brochure, click
on “Onetime Orders.” |
| |
| |
| How do I change my subscription selections? |
|
| Under the “Subscriptions” category, click on
the corresponding box for print or electronic to register your subscriptions
selections. |
| |
| |
| If I subscribe only to print publications, do I need to give my e-mail address? |
|
| We strongly recommend you provide an e-mail address to take advantage of the log-in reminder and password hint feature. If, during a future session, you don't know your log-in and password, the log-in and a password hint can be e-mailed directly to you. Except for these requested reminders, you will receive e-mail notices only if you subscribe to them. The Atlanta Fed doesn't share any e-mail or mailing addresses with outside sources. |

| |
| Why are the first name and last name fields required information? |
|
| The WebScriber service requires users to provide first and
last names primarily for the purpose of generating address labels for mailings.
Any organization that prefers printed material not be addressed to an individual
may choose to input generic information in the name fields. For example,
“Reference” as the first name and “Library” as the
last name. |
| |
| |
| How do I order a back issue of a periodical? |
|
| Follow the steps under “Onetime Orders.” |
| |
| |
| Do you sell my personal information to outside sources? |
|
| No. The information submitted to the Federal Reserve Bank
of Atlanta is used solely to inform you of Atlanta Fed publications and
news. |
| |
| |
| Whom do I contact with publication
problems? |
|
|
You may submit questions by sending an e-mail to AtlantaFed@frbatlanta.org or calling 404-498-8020.
