The Atlanta Fed is honored to be named among the Top Ten Regional Companies for Diversity, ranking ninth on the 2014 list. DiversityInc is one of the nation's leading sources on diversity management.

The annual ranking is derived from corporate survey submissions, which are used to evaluate public and private companies in four areas of diversity management: talent pipeline, equitable talent development, CEO/leadership commitment, and supplier diversity.

This is the Bank's first year participating in the survey. The Atlanta Fed's spot on the list reflects the Bank's long-standing efforts to create an inclusive workplace, attract and retain a diverse staff, and foster supplier diversity.
