Fox 5's "Good Day Atlanta" recently featured the Atlanta Fed's money museum. The local station aired two segments highlighting the museum's exhibits and attractive pricing (it's free). Exhibits include historical artifacts and rare coins, interactive games, and a cash overlook that gives visitors a unique opportunity "to see the Fed at work," said feature reporter Paul Milliken.
The museum's television cameo comes just weeks after earning kudos from a popular travel website. TripAdvisor awarded the museum its Certificate of Excellence, which recognizes the top-performing 10 percent of businesses listed on the travel site. Since 2010, the museum has hosted more than 60,000 visitors.
