Atlanta's business continuity page provides contact information for the Atlanta District as well as general information on Atlanta Cash and Check Services.

Business continuity contacts
Please designate a person or persons at your organization to be in charge of communication with the Federal Reserve should a business disruption occur. The contacts are important to the successful implementation of the Federal Reserve's business continuity plan.

The designated contact person for your institution should be familiar with your operations and with your electronic connections to the Federal Reserve. During a disruption, the contact should be able to receive our broadcast fax messages, effectively handle other information presented by the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and disseminate it to all appropriate parties at your financial institution.

Please provide the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta with the following information:

  • Contact Name
  • Institution
  • Mailing address
  • ABA number
  • Phone number
  • Fax number
  • E-mail

This information can be submitted to the following customer support numbers:

  • Cash: (877) 553-9735
  • Checks: (877) 372-2457
  • FedACH: (866) 234-5681
