Kevin McKenna has been promoted to assistant vice president of revenue management and billing in the Retail Payments Office (RPO), announced Raphael Bostic, president and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. McKenna assumes responsibility from Dan Baum, who has accepted a position with FedNow.
McKenna started his Fed career in 1996 as a financial analyst in check services at the Baltimore Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. He held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility in check services before leaving the Richmond Fed for another opportunity. McKenna joined the Atlanta Fed in 2012 as an RPO product development director and became a financial director in 2015, with responsibility for automated clearinghouse and check pricing and revenue, volume budgeting, and reporting.
McKenna earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland.
The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta serves the Sixth Federal Reserve District, which encompasses Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and sections of Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
