Americas Center®
The Americas Center's mission involves better supervising constituencies, strengthening the Federal Reserve System's and Sixth Federal Reserve District's voice and influence in hemispheric policymaking, and adding value to evolving regional payment processing.

Atlanta Research Data Center (ARDC)
The ARDC provides qualified researchers in Atlanta, and around the Southeast, the opportunity to perform statistical analysis on nonpublic Census microdata in a secure environment.

Center for Financial Innovation and Stability (CenFIS)
The aim of CenFIS is to advance knowledge of financial innovation and stability and the connection between the two, especially in regard to Federal Reserve policymaking. The center supports and disseminates research on those topics—both original work on economic issues and research on the effects of government policies. The center's monthly online newsletter, Notes from the Vault, focuses on timely issues in financial markets.

Center for Housing and Policy
The Center fosters thought leadership and dialogue on housing and policy-related issues. We convene professional forums that will allow academics, policymakers, and industry professionals to advance and disseminate knowledge. We produce data tools that explore and document changing market conditions, as well as reliable and multidisciplinary research that influences policy discussions and decisions.

Center for Quantitative Economic Research (CQER)
The mission of the CQER is to advance empirical research in economics and promote forecasting models usable in studying policy. The Atlanta Fed has long been noted for expertise in sophisticated models used to help forecast economic activity. The CQER serves to focus that expertise on informing economic and monetary policy.

Economic Survey Research Center
The Center collects, analyzes, and interprets high-quality business and household survey data that informs Federal Reserve policy, contributes to academic research, and fosters a greater understanding of the overall economic environment.

Labor Market Initiative
The Labor Market Initiative reflects the Atlanta Fed’s multifaceted approach to best understand the labor market’s complex dynamics. It includes the Center for Human Capital Studies, which focuses on economic research and engagement with business leaders in human resources, and the Center for Workforce and Economic Opportunity, which bridges research and practice to explore how education, training, and employment can support economic opportunity for low- and moderate-income individuals. The initiative offers access to research, information on conferences and seminars, and labor market tracking tools.

Center for Human Capital Studies
As part of the U.S. central bank—which has a dual mandate to promote price stability and maximum employment—the Atlanta Fed has a natural interest in deepening its understanding of labor force dynamics and workforce development issues. The Center for Human Capital Studies supports those efforts through its research, as well as by offering such resources as conferences, seminars, and labor market tracking tools.

Center for Workforce and Economic Opportunity
The center focuses on employment policies and labor market issues that affect low- and moderate-income individuals. It acts as a bridge between research and practice, connecting researchers, businesses, and policymakers with innovative approaches to creating economic opportunity through education and employment. The center also contributes to economic research and monetary policy discussions by tracking labor market trends affecting low- and moderate-income workers.
