Accessing affordable, fresh, and nutritious food is a challenge for many living in the Atlanta metropolitan region—particularly those living in low-income neighborhoods. The Community Forum on Healthy Food Access will provide the opportunity to delve deeply into this issue.
Participants will learn how local initiatives are improving healthy food access in the Atlanta area; hear from experts about innovative cross-sector partnerships designed to address food insecurity, create jobs, and revitalize communities; receive information on the availability of federal funds and other resources to support efforts to bring healthy food options to the Atlanta area; and connect and engage with national and local leaders to leverage your organization's influence and impact.
