Claire Lewis Arnold, also known as Yum, cofounded Leapfrog Services Inc. in 1998 and has been its chief executive officer since its inception. Leapfrog Services is a managed service provider whose services include network infrastructure management, application management, managed security and compliance, help desk support, and cloud services. Leapfrog works with hundreds of clients in dozens of industries, both domestically and internationally. To deliver IT solutions to its clients, Leapfrog partners with some of the industry's leading technology providers.

Prior to starting Leapfrog, she acquired NCC LP, a local distributor of consumer goods to convenience stores and mass merchandisers. During 15 years, she built the company into one of Georgia's five largest privately held companies. As its chief executive officer, Ms. Arnold expanded the company from a traditional one-warehouse distributor into a multifaceted corporation with nine operating divisions.

Prior to this, Ms. Arnold spent nearly 10 years with Coca-Cola USA, where she was marketing manager for Coke's first plastic beverage containers. She also held positions in sales management and long-range planning.

Ms. Arnold serves as chair of the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. She chairs the board of Achieve Atlanta and serves on the board of trustees of EARTH University Foundation and Spelman College. She is also on the governing board of the Woodruff Arts Center and the advisory board of Emory Brain Health Center, and she is a member of the Atlanta Committee for Progress, serving as its treasurer.

She received her BA degree in mathematics and a doctor of humane letters from Mary Baldwin College in Staunton, Virginia.
