Ginger Martin is president and chief executive officer of American National Bank in Oakland Park, Florida, a locally owned community bank serving South Florida since 1985. In her 27 years of leadership, the bank has received numerous awards for its strong financial performance and deep community involvement.

Ms. Martin is a member of the board of directors of the Miami Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. She also serves on the Florida Bankers Association (FBA) BancServ Board, Broward College Foundation Board, NSU Ambassadors Board, and Tower Forum Board. She is the former chair of both the FBA School of Banking and Leadership Broward Foundation. She previously served on the boards of the FBA, 4KIDS of South Florida, and the Executives' Association of Fort Lauderdale.

Ms. Martin is a member of Broward Workshop, American Bankers Association Community Bank Council, Council of Economic Advisers for the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement of South Florida Circle of Wise Women, International Women's Forum, and the United Way of Broward County's Tocqueville Society. She is also a graduate of Leadership Broward and Lifework Leadership.

She has won numerous awards and honors for her business leadership, including the 2022 FBA Lifetime Achievement Award and being named among the 2021, 2022, and 2023 Top 250 Power Leaders by South Florida Business Journal (SFBJ) and the 2018 Ultimate CEO by SFBJ.

Ms. Martin earned her MBA from Florida Atlantic University. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Louisiana Monroe with a BBA in accounting. She is also a certified public accountant.
