Kelly Dilts is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Dollar General Corporation. Founded in 1939, the Dollar General Corporation includes more than 19,700 Dollar General, DG Market, DGX, and pOpshelf stores across the United States and Mi Súper Dollar General stores in Mexico as of November 2023. Dollar General stores provide everyday essentials including food, health and wellness products, cleaning and laundry supplies, self-care and beauty items, and seasonal decor from its high-quality private brands alongside many of the world's most trusted brands such as Coca Cola, PepsiCo/Frito-Lay, General Mills, Hershey, J.M. Smucker, Kraft, Mars, Nestlé, Procter & Gamble, and Unilever.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Dilts served as senior vice president of finance for Dollar General from 2019 to 2023. She served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Francesca's Holding Corporation from 2016 to 2019, and senior vice president of finance and investor relations for Tailored Brands (formerly The Men's Warehouse Inc.).
She is a member of the board of directors of the Nashville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
She earned her BBA degree in accounting from the University of Texas.
