Katherine A. Crosby has served as chairman of the board for Fidelity Bank in New Orleans, Louisiana, since August 2010. Fidelity Bank, formed in 1908, is a full-service financial institution with 18 branch offices and numerous loan production offices throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Crosby served as president of Homestead Title Corporation from 2007 to 2009. She also served as vice chairman at Fidelity Bank from 2006 until her appointment to chairman of the board in 2010.
Ms. Crosby is a member of the board of directors of the New Orleans Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. She is past board chair of LCMC Health System and chairs its newly formed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. Ms. Crosby also serves on the boards of Children's Hospital of New Orleans, the Greater New Orleans Foundation, and the Selley Foundation. She is a former board chair of the New Orleans area Habitat for Humanity and WYES-TV, and she is also a former board member of the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute, Junior League of New Orleans, and Poydras Home. She is also a former president of the Junior League of New Orleans.
Ms. Crosby received her BA in business administration from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business.
