Portrait of Blake Lyons, Executive Vice PresidentBlake Lyons is executive vice president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta's Operations and Administrative Services Division. Lyons oversees the Atlanta Fed's financial services and all Branch operations, including the Sixth District's Cash Function Office, Facilities Management, Event Management, Law Enforcement, Records and Information Management, and Business Continuity.

Lyons previously served as executive vice president and chief people officer for Federal Reserve Financial Services, a role he held since 2021. He began his Atlanta Fed career in 2000 as a financial services analyst. In 2003, he joined Cash Services as a section manager and became a director in 2006. He joined the Human Resources Department as a business liaison in 2008 and was later promoted to assistant vice president with responsibility for Facilities, Records and Information Management, and Event Management. Lyons was appointed vice president of Human Resources in 2013 and senior vice president in the Retail Payments Office in 2018. Lyons currently serves on Mercer University's Stetson-Hatcher School of Business Board of Visitors.

Lyons earned a bachelor's degree in economics and finance from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia.
