Overview
The need for efficient and secure payment processing in the card-not-present environment has never been more pressing. Advancements in risk mitigation solutions to address the challenges will continue to unfold, likely in the form of end-to-end encryption, tokenization, and dynamic authentication. Removing sensitive card data from the payments system and providing better protection mechanisms for the online payments environment will remain top priorities for the payments industry. The emergence of bitcoin and other virtual currencies could be a sign that the payments industry will be looking for new ways to support the movement of funds.

This forum will examine the advancements in risk mitigation solutions for the detection, protection, and prevention of fraud and consider ways to enhance the security of card-not-present transactions.
